Nice stay, friendly staff, clean room, excellent service, what more to ask! I can't comment for breakfast, we overslept :)
This hotel is the best one I ever stayed at. Very comfortable, I slept the night away . Service desk was very polite. The only thing I didn't like was they don't serve breakfast.
My fiancé and I held our engagement party at the crown plaza saddle Brooke and it was absolutely AMAZING! Amazing staff amazing view amazing food and of course rooms! I highly recommend this place for all kind of occasions

We were treated very nicely at the front desk. They were efficient and offered some helpful information about the hotel. The lobby was very nice. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar. The room was very nice aesthetically. Also, the shower had a rain head and a detachable head that could be turned off individually or used together for a remarkably invigorating shower experience. Great smelling toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, and even an aroma therapy kit were provided. There was also a Keurig brewer with a modest selection of coffee and tea provided. The air was rather dry and something made my guess sniffly in the morning. The 2 double room, at least, didn't have some amenities such as a safe or refrigerator that you may expect in such a classy room. They also did not have free breakfast. They have an outdoor pool, which I didn't bother looking at since it was winter. The location was surprising. This is a modern tower of 12 floors, I believe, but it is hidden behind a much more modest average-small-city style neighborhood on a road that doesn't seem to go anywhere, whicb is easy to miss right after the highway overpass. But I was able to find a pretty competitive price and I was relatively satisfied overall. It was a classy place with friendly helpful staff and necessary amenities.
