very helpful place and polite people. i had two issues and got help for both. one my luggage was locked, TSA agents in Florida thought it was a good idea to lock my bags, well i could have been if i only had the key, The hotel personnel took care of that cutting the lock for me quickly at not extra charge. Second issue: i forgot a pair of shoes in the hotel room. granted , they did not find the shoes, the housekeeping department where so thorough looking for it and calling me back several times to let me know the shoes were not found that i am impress with their dedication, they are busy as it is but Gladys made sure that the shoes where not overlooked in the room and called me like 4 times to let me know that she looked everywhere and unfortunately no shoes . i appreciate good customer service and that is why the five stars are given. Good lasting business are build by the people who run them not by the profit. thanks for taking care of us in our staying in your location !
We booked 3 rooms.... this was the worst Marriott I've stayed at in my life. Very loud guests next door. From loud talking to sounds of sexual activity ALL NIGHT and the security came to their room a couple of times.. they should've been escorted off the property. This hotel is older but not too bad. We was out all day and came back to get in the bed, there was a HUGE bug in the bed. I wish the staff would've handled the situation better, they didn't even adjust my bill for my inconvenience of not getting any sleep and having to hear a woman moan all night. I will stay here never again! Not to mention there was hair in the shower and dirty shower doors.
The staff was very welcoming. The girls at the front desk were polite, professional, and friendly. The service at the restaurant in the morning was very at amazing. Rooms are a good size. Bed very comfortable. My only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because of the decor in the place. It was a bit dated but overall clean.
This is the worse hotel. Their front desk and accounting are incompentent. No one can help when there is a problem. They messed up my charge and say the return will show in 10 to 14 days. Never showed. It took one day to post, yet its 14 days to post a return. Even sending a basic email is hard for them. Horrible service. They also checked me out ahead of time without even notifying me just because I was out for the day.
Horrible I found a dirty washcloth hangging in the bathroom. The room felt very dirty! The whole place smells of curry and no offense to the Indians there but they really need to bath. Smelled bad in the elevators at breakfast. Looks like the imported their family from India and let them all work there and live there. Awful never again. Don't eat the buffet I got so sick!
