Everyone there was very pleasant and efficient. They had everything organized and my trailer was ready to go!!! The trailer handled pulling my 29 ford model a no problem.
Needed a trailer for Friday, Saturday, Sunday for a car show up lake George n.y.
Preordered the trailer on line in 5 minutes, went for a pre-inspection on weds. Took 5 minutes. Picked up trailer on Friday and that took 5 minutes. Dropped trailer off Sunday and that took 5 minutes.
When your movers never shows up and your truck return getting delayed then you will understand the feeling....
Don't use the movers they provide. Movers never showed up! I am still waiting for my refund for movers and it says online I only get partial money back for the work they never did and they never apologize for their mistake!!
This is my go to uhaul place after this great experience.
Be ready for hidden charges..they will charge you for extra mileage, cleaning and etc. Check the gas level and mileage ,if possible take picture in and out , when pick up and returning.Especially when you complain , you are the worst! Something wrong must be happening there. I do not want to speak out what I mean, smart people will understand.
They don't carry enough rental supplies. Only rent from here if you don't need dollies, packaging material, furniture pads etc... They won't have them when you go to pick up the truck. Rented here twice, and neither time did they have the supplies. They told another couple picking up a truck the same story.
If you want to wait over 5 hours for a hitch job that you were told would take 1.5 hrs max come to this place. No consideration for customers time. I chose to have hitch installed because my time is precious. If you want something done correctly and efficiently do it yourself.
